In order to offer Tech Craftsman Career Building Trade School's interns/apprentices more than just going to work, becasue that's what (WARD) and (TCCBTS) is all about, 24 months, working 5 days a week and 8 hours each one of those 5 day weeks, yes, its a school but learning as if it was a job.

(WARD) and TCCBTS's goal is to reward our first-year interns/apprentices by expending their experiences so they can show off their skill while still going to school.

How? Easy we're going to create and develop several, Independent Commercial Businesses for the interns/apprentices to work before class or after class or both, and allowed to work on weekends and paid $15.00 dollars an hour. Now the interns/apprentices are not only earning real money, but learning on the job skill social by interacting with real customers asking for their experience and help.

Once Tech Craftsman Career Building Trade School's Internship/Apprenticeship have completed their required 24 month and 75 engines and transmissions remanufacturing, Internship/Apprenticeship can gain more technology knowledge working at the Independent Private Commercial Businesses, Auto Machine Shop, learning auto machine shop technology as a paid employee, while still be part of the on the Tech Craftsman Career Building Trade School's Internship/Apprenticeship programs.

TCCBTS Internship/Apprenticeship working at the machine shop are now working as a payed employee while working on paying customers car or trucks. This will provide the TCCBTS's Internship/Apprenticeship with more in-depth hands-on Internship/Apprenticeship training through real life learning experiences working on paying customer vehicles as a full time employment position.

The auto machine shop technology will give the TCCBTS's Internship/Apprenticeship the ability to use 3D printers to develop and create missing or broken engine or transmission components, rebuild/recondition engine blocks, cylinder heads, recondition camshafts, and crankshafts, etc.

In general, dealerships or private garages do not do transmission or engine rebuilds, most just do replacement with a new or reconditioned units. So this training is important to some shops which specialize in transmission or engine rebuilding or cylinder head reconditioning and these business lack and need trained employees which are difficult to find, especially in the computer driven technology modern equipment required. TCCBTS’s trained engine and transmission mechanics along with auto machine shop expertize would give dealership and private auto repair garages the ability to find suitable employees.

This gives indepent auto repair shops who do not specilise in engines or transmissions rebuilds now have a place they can take their customers car components for rebuilds

Now paying customers can carry in personal engines on a pallet to TCCBTS's Auto Machine Shop to be machined/reconditioned, or bring in their cars and have the engine removed to be machined, bring it in or they can do it them selves.

Engine or transmission parts from anywhere in the world can be sent to TCCBTS's Auto Machine Shop and have parts broken, or an individual missiong part, as long as they have an intact part to make a copy of can be used. A broken part can be duplicated as long as all the missing parts are available.
